The requirement is going to be the very difficult selling point. I do not know anyone that uses 13 strength in any kind of PvP Warrior. I would venture a guess and say that it would be worth around 200-300k.

100-150k Maybe less, req 13 kills it for most.

In america I think u could get up to 150k for it if you are really patient - -2/-2 is much-used by certain PvE warriors and a small but significant percentage of them have high strength...
